At KBDfans, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your custom keyboard components and peripherals. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 7 days of delivery as long as they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team via our official help desk or email within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all switches, stabilizers, keycaps, and accessories to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label or address and send the package to our fulfillment center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the components for any signs of soldering or assembly, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
