How long does shipping typically take?
We primarily use FedEx, DHL, or UPS for international shipping. Orders for in-stock items are usually processed within 2-4 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is the difference between a Group Buy and an In-Stock item?
In-stock items are ready to ship immediately. A Group Buy (GB) is a pre-order for a product that has not been manufactured yet. By participating in a GB, you help reach the minimum order quantity required for production, with delivery occurring months later.
Do you offer assembly services for DIY kits?
Yes, we offer professional assembly services for most of our DIY kits. You can add the 'Assembly Service' item to your cart along with your chosen PCB, switches, and case, and our team will solder and test the board for you.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for most unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that custom-assembled keyboards, lubricated switches, and Group Buy items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your PCBs compatible with QMK or VIA?
The majority of KBDfans PCBs are fully compatible with QMK firmware and the VIA configurator. This allows you to easily remap keys and customize lighting effects without advanced coding knowledge.
Will I have to pay import taxes and duties?
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are usually collected by the courier upon delivery.
